Tired of working inside the same shop every day?
Run your own fully equipped service truck, work independently throughout Metro Atlanta, troubleshoot equipment problems, and help customers get their equipment back to work.
A large part of this position involves diagnosing hydraulic hose failures and manufacturing replacement hose assemblies on your truck. Hydraulic hose experience is NOT required - we will train you in that specialized skill.

What You'll Do:
- Respond to customer job sites throughout Metro Atlanta.
- Diagnose hydraulic hose failures and related mechanical equipment issues.
- Manufacture replacement hydraulic hose assemblies on your service truck.
- Remove and install hose assemblies and test completed repairs when possible.
- Explain repairs professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, fully functional service truck, tools, and inventory.
- Complete accurate service documentation.
- Participate in the after-hours emergency service rotation, approximately every 4-5 weeks.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for an experienced mechanic who already knows how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment using sound judgment. We can teach hydraulic hose. What we need you to bring is mechanical ability, independence, professionalism, integrity, customer-service skills, pride in your workmanship, and a positive attitude.
Relevant Mechanical Backgrounds:
Heavy Equipment Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Industrial or Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, Millwright, Farm Equipment Mechanic, Field Service Technician, Forklift or Crane Technician, Railroad or Military Mechanic, or an Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic ability. Other mechanically demanding troubleshooting and repair backgrounds are also encouraged to apply.
Pay & Benefits:
- $80,000-$100,000+ annual earning potential.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Strong mechanical experience with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment using sound judgment.
- Physical agility and stamina for field-service work.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a drug screen, DOT physical, and criminal background check.
